- There is a card enquiry form which is the best method to use when requesting a bespoke card design. You are taken to this when clicking on the 'Design enquiry' links throughout the site, and it is also accessible via the 'Shop online' menu.
- Registered users have access to an instant messaging system, and also to Skype, which allows free voice calls and chat when we are online, and also file transfer which is useful for sending and receiving pictures.
